My grandson Remy was born on Tuesday so I am going to celebrate by cooking something.

I have always found that cooking helps me to work through my emotions, in moments of joy or pain. Slicing and chopping, mixing and kneading, whatever the task, it gives me time to understand what I’m feeling.
